Members

You’re a private individual, looking to step up your travel experience with a simple booking system and secure payment.

  • Locate the Sign Up form on our Home page (scroll to the bottom), complete your personal information and click Submit.

  • After signing up, we’ll review your information and contact you with Member’s App Instructions and Verification details.

CORPORATES

If you’re a business, boutique hotel, guesthouse or retreat, interested in elevating the luxury experience of your stakeholders, contact us. Get access via the App or a dedicated Corporate Portal.

BOOKING

  • After Verification - Book, Manage and Track your trips via the Members App or Corporate Portal.

  • Distance (per km)

    If you need to go from point A to B and this trip is within a 30 km radius of Melrose Arch, you’ll benefit from the most convenient rate, charged at ZAR 45/km.

    Time (by the hour)

    If you need to make a few stops and require focused Chauffeur service from 2 to 8 hours. With waiting time included, provide instructions on-the-go. Limited to 20 km/hr.

    Airport Transfer

    Meet & Greet for exclusive pick-ups and Drop Off for convenient transfers with O.R. Tambo, charged at a all-inclusive fee.

  • Receive a Confirmation within 30 minutes of booking.

  • Bookings can be made months in advance, up until 2 hours (120 min) before the trip.

  • When Booking a trip, add your Preferences in the Notes section. We’ll link these to your profile for future reference.

  • Airport transfers include 60 minutes of free waiting time before the scheduled pick up time. With adjusted wait time for delayed flights.

    For Time (buy the hour) trips, waiting time with a Chauffeur at your service is included.

    Distance (per km) trips include 15 minute waiting time.

  • Change a Booking in your App / Portal up to 60 minutes before your scheduled pick up time.

  • To cancel a Booking in the App, access your Hire, click the 3 dots (on top right), then click Cancel Booking. Alternatively, WhatsApp us with your Hire Number - Cancel.

  • Hourly bookings include 20 km per hour. So, a four hour booking would have 80 km included.

PAYMENT

  • Invoices are added to your Portal / App after trip completion.

    View and settle securely using our Payment Link (bank card) or EFT.

    Contact us to discuss alternative invoicing and payment arrangements. Corporate Reporting available.

Notifications

Speak to us about the notifications that you require, and we’ll set them up over SMS or email. Choose which to keep, and which to mute. Automated Status Update flags in Corporate Portal and Member’s App.
